SHAFI RESO-CHEM concentrates not only on business and relationship with our customer but also
healthy and friendly relationship within team members. Thats the only reason why many employees and ex-employees term RESO a friendly
and learning organization

Learning Groups (LG)
In order to enhance the relationship and promote teamwork within the organization, we started the concept of "Learning Groups"
In the last newsletter we already have highlighted the need and formation of Learning Groups in RESO while in this episode
we are going to emphasize about the performance and Objective of these groups.

There are 13 learning groups working in RESO containing around 5 people in each group. Each group has Its different interest and objectives.
The members of each group decide group's interest and objective collectively all their are focused to improve the atmosphere at RESO.
Every month each group presents Its working and the best performer gets the prize.

The Interest and objective, on v/which the learning groups working, are to improve communication Skills, energy saving, sports events,
picnics, to maintain safe, healthy and clean environment, customer delightness, Kitab dosti, pathfinders, education and many more.

In-House Trainings
Maulana Muhammad Ashraf sb was Invited to deliver lecture regarding Islaqbal-e-Ramazan. HIS Insight and thorough knowledge was very
valuable and substantial. After the lecture there was a question answer session

Strategic Time Management, Negotiation Ski!!s and To Stay positive Workshop were conducted for the team members. These workshop were specially
designed to find out the purpose of one's life and then plan out the discipline and motivation to achieve the desired destination Rehan
Ali Baig (Communication Officer) conducted "Telephone Courtesy" training It covers the aspects from picking up the phone and
to the caller to communicate the message in clear and Precise Sales manner

Weddings
Oaiser Alam (Imports Coordinator), Mr.Yasoob Muhammad (Credit Assistant), Mr. Mehmood Saleem Mir (Sales Officer Adhesive Division),
Mr Muhammad Ali (Deputy Manager Human Recourse) and Mr Allah Ditta (Accounts Assistant) have tied the knot the year.
We pray for them and Wish them best of luck

Sports
Along With the official workings, we have practice to organize different sports activities within the company to keep ourselves fresh.
The sports activities include table tennis, cricket, football, picnic and others. Recently we organized the Cricket match at our Karachi office.
It was the series of "best of three matches" and sense was completed in two days
